Accomplishments with SOLUTIONS Engineering Consulting & Horizons Computer Information:
Ø Conceived, funded and legalized two consulting offices beginning with Oracle Partner Horizons focused on ERP selection and implementation. The SOLUTIONS philosophy focused on, and continues to focus on self standing business system consulting services independent from all IT products and IT product providers. This philosophy attracts Staff and Associates with rich backgrounds and Clients with a broad range of consulting needs.
Accomplishments at Dallah Al-Baraka Holding Co.:
Ø Planning Department Activities: Developed both planning and budgeting manuals for holding and subsidiary companies assisted company executives to develop plans, reviewed, recommended changes, and approved final plans. Reviewed discussed and recommend changes on annual budgets of the Companies through approval by the BOD. Reviewed management and quarterly financial reports analyzing plan progress and variances from budget.
Ø Development and implementation of organization structures and related policies, procedures, pay-scales and job descriptions for more than forty holding and subsidiary companies.
Accomplishments at Tabuk Cement Company:
Ø Board level management analysis and reporting for a SAR 1.1 billion plant construction project.
Ø Chairman of Board Audit Committee since 1997 - 2004
Ø Chairman of plant construction contract finalization committee. Successfully negotiated a SAR 100 million contractor dispute to zero.
Ø Aided Tabuk Management in the preparation of organization, policies, and procedures manuals recommending several improvements and changes up through Board approval.
Ø Tabuk Cement Company representative for the Westren Saudi Arabian Cement Companies Merger committee meetings and discussions.
